Q. What training have your workers had?
A. Working at heights, confined spaces, EWP, First aid. We developed and are a NZQA certified trainer and facilitator of Industrial Cleaning Services.
Q. Is there a charge for onsite visits and quotes?
A. No, onsite visits and quotes are free of charge. We like to visit sites before quoting to ensure we understand your business needs and deadlines and provide the most accurate price.
Q. Can we get a quote for something that isn’t listed on your website?
A. Of course. Yes! We visit all sites to make sure we get a better understanding of the job and we will advise anything we can or can’t do. If it’s something we can’t provide, we have a good network of contacts who we can recommend accordingly.
Q. Do you work outside of Auckland?
A. Yes, we service the North Island. However, any job outside of Auckland may attract additional travel/accommodation charges, if required.
Q. Do you offer domestic cleaning, for example water blasting the house?
A. Generally No, we don’t offer domestic cleaning. We provide specialist services and in a residential setting this tends to be complex or difficult work such as biological or chemical contamination and also excessive rubbish removal.
Q. Are you Andy Andersons Chimney sweeping?
A. No and we do not clean residential chimneys. We do, however clean commercial chimneys and flues.
Q. Do you consider Health and Safety when working at different job sites?
A. Yes! Health and safety is a massive part of Andy Andersons. When visiting a site, we consider health and safety risks/requirements, so our workers and the client stay safe while we work. We always ensure strict adherence to codes of compliance and best practice, utilizing our extensive experience across diverse industries and knowledge of health and safety requirements. We complete any health and safety modules clients may have before starting a job.
